Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our ground crew inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
